City Skyline At Night

Welcome to Day 2!

Yesterday we talked about motivation... and why it was never going to work long-term. Today let us go one level deeper. When I looked back at every time I quit, I noticed something. It was the ordinary days - not the hard days - that broke my healthy habits.

The Friction Problem

Habits don't fail in moments of crisis. They break down in everyday moments of friction. Those small, invisible points in daily life where the path of least resistance wins. We keep blaming ourselves for big moments of failures (like a trip or an event) but the real breakdown has already been building up and happening in completely ordinary moments.

Reply and tell me what are the moments where your habits tend to slip.

See you tomorrow,
Rohini

PS: Tomorrow we'll dive into what is actually happening in your brain when you try to build a new habit.
